Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires collaborating closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications. The engineer actively explores and applies emerging technologies to address complex business challenges, all while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies. The work environment encourages innovation and continuous improvement to enhance client services and deliver robust software solutions.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards within the development lifecycle.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, including frameworks and libraries relevant to full stack development.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services to build scalable and resilient applications.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in debugging, performance tuning, and ensuring application security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
