Summary: As a Packaged App Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-grade packaged applications. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to drive innovation, maintain application quality, and support operational excellence. Professional & Technical Skills: -Solution Design and Development: Oversee design, development, and maintenance of solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and security guidelines. -Copilot & Generative AI Integration: Design and implement Copilot experiences within Microsoft 365 and custom applications. Leverage Generative AI for automating workflows, enhancing user productivity, and creating intelligent solutions. Explore AI-driven development and cloud-native solutions to improve scalability and performance. -Code Review & Quality Assurance: Review code and deliverables from offshore developers to maintain high-quality standards. Implement best practices for Agile methodologies and DevOps principles. Application Maintenance: Manage bug fixes and minor feature enhancements for existing applications.
