The Role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll work across our entire technology stack, building AI-powered features that directly impact patient outcomes and accelerate clinical innovation. You'll collaborate with a small, passionate team to ship high-quality code quickly while maintaining excellence in both frontend user experiences and backend system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies
Design and implement RESTful APIs and database schemas
Create intuitive, responsive user interfaces that empower clinical teams to work efficiently
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions
Collaborate with team members to define requirements and deliver solutions

Requirements

Technical Skills:

5+ years of experience building production web applications
Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
Strong backend development skills (Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar)
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and API design
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Understanding of CI/CD practices and version control (Git)

Nice to Have:

Experience building tools that leverage AI technologies (NLP, computer vision, ML models)
Experience in the life science, biotech, or healthcare industry
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools
Experience with TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks
Familiarity with data visualization libraries
Background in building regulated or compliance-focused applications
