The Role
As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll work across our entire technology stack, building AI-powered features that directly impact patient outcomes and accelerate clinical innovation. You'll collaborate with a small, passionate team to ship high-quality code quickly while maintaining excellence in both frontend user experiences and backend system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and database schemas
- Create intuitive, responsive user interfaces that empower clinical teams to work efficiently
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions
- Collaborate with team members to define requirements and deliver solutions
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of experience building production web applications
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
- Strong backend development skills (Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar)
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and API design
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and version control (Git)
Nice to Have:
- Experience building tools that leverage AI technologies (NLP, computer vision, ML models)
- Experience in the life science, biotech, or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools
- Experience with TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks
- Familiarity with data visualization libraries
- Background in building regulated or compliance-focused applications
