Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who can help our team maintain momentum across both API and front-end work. This is the role for someone who enjoys shipping features, improving reliability, and keeping delivery smooth and predictable. You’ll work across Ruby on Rails, NET/C# services, and lightweight front-end landing page updates, ensuring continuity, clarity, and maintainability as we evolve our product. This role will suit an engineer who cares about code quality but stays pragmatic — focused on outcomes, clean handovers, and enabling the team around them to move quickly without creating long-term complexity.

• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services in Ruby on Rails and C#/.NET.

• Implement front-end updates to landing pages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and occasional React changes).

• Support the team in unblocking delivery, improving reliability, and maintaining a consistent cadence of releases.

• Ensure code is well-structured, documented, and easy for others to pick up.

• Contribute to CI/CD, code reviews, and general engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with product and engineering to clarify requirements and deliver small iterations frequently.

• API and UI changes are delivered reliably and with strong engineering hygiene.

• The team experiences continuity, fewer bottlenecks, and predictable delivery.

• Code is easy to understand, test, and build on after your work is complete.

• Small UI and API integrations move quickly without sacrificing quality.

• You help maintain a calm, organised delivery environment - not chaos or tech debt.

• Strong experience with C# / .NET building APIs and backend services and Ruby on Rails.

• Solid front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and familiarity with React.

• Ability to work across the stack with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.

• Strong communicator who thrives in a small, fast-moving team.

• Experience writing clean, well-tested, maintainable, well-documented code.

• Comfortable owning tasks end-to-end in a remote environment.

• Backend: .NET / C# (7+/Framework), Ruby on Rails, REST APIs.

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (light touch, not large migrations).

• Tooling/DevOps: GitHub, Git, CI/CD pipelines.

• Datastores: SQL (experience helpful).
