Blitzy is a Cambridge, MA based Generative AI Start-up with an established office in Pune, India. We are on a mission to automate custom software creation to unlock the next industrial revolution.

We're backed by multiple tier 1 investors, have success as founders at the last start-up, and dozens of Generative AI patents to our names.

Compensation: ₹15,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 annual salary

Location: Pune, India (in-person role)

We are looking for talented Full Stack Developers (5+ years of experience) to join our growing team and take ownership of different parts of our stack. You will work alongside our engineering team in Pune and directly with the U.S. Engineering team on all aspects of product and application development. You'll leverage your experiences and abilities to inform decisions across product development and technology. You'll help us continue building the foundation of our 2nd Headquarters in Pune: its culture, its processes, and its practices. There are tons of interesting problems to solve, so come hungry. • You write, review and ship code in production. Your employer's success depends on the software you build
• You use Generative AI tools daily to enhance the quality and efficacy of your software and non-software deliverables

• You take ownership of the code that you write, and you help the team operate with everything that you build throughout its lifecycle
• You communicate openly and solicit feedback on important decisions, keeping the team aligned on your rationale
• You exercise an optimistic mindset and are willing to go the extra mile to make things work

Our hiring process is designed for you to demonstrate a generalist set of capabilities across the full stack, with particular strength in backend technologies.

Successful candidates must have expertise in Python, Terraform, and GCP, and experience with some of the following:

• Frontend Technologies: React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
• Backend Frameworks: Node.js, Express.js, Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI)
• Cloud Platforms: Google Cloud (primary), AWS, or Azure
• Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C++, Go
• APIs: REST, gRPC, or GraphQL
• Databases: SQL, NoSQL, Postgres, MongoDB, or Firebase
• CI/CD: Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab or similar
• Version Control: Git (expert level)
• Testing: Experience with testing frameworks and quality assurance
• Architecture: Microservices architecture

• Familiarity with AI Platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Vertex AI, Bedrock, or SageMaker)
• Extensive experience building enterprise-scale applications with >99% SLAs
• Deep expertise in Python, Terraform, and GCP
• Production debugging and deployment experience across complex distributed systems
• Strong documentation practices and GitHub portfolio

Who we are: Our Co-Founder and CTO is a Serial Gen AI Inventor who grew up in Pune, India, is a BITS Pilani graduate, and worked at NVIDIA's Pune office for 6 years. There, he was promoted 5 times in 6 years and was transferred to the NVIDIA Headquarters in Santa Clara, California. After making significant contributions to NVIDIA, he proceeded to attend Harvard for his dual Masters in Engineering and MBA from HBS. Our other Co-Founder/CEO is a successful Serial Entrepreneur who has built multiple companies. As a team, we work very hard, have a curious mind-set, and believe in a low-ego high output approach.
