Role Summary -

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the full engineering lifecycle of the core search product Danti is developing. You will work closely with your team to ensure customer utility alignment, quality, design & implementation, and delivery of the application. Your passion, experience, and desire to deliver what the customer needs are a critical aspect to ensure the success of the business. Lead and advise product and engineering on software design and facilitate rapid development throughout the software engineering lifecycle, from planning, through execution, to delivery

***Please Note: This role is REMOTE, with a preference for candidates to be local to Atlanta, Washington, DC, Miami, NYC, and the San Francisco Bay Area. Also we are unable to provide sponsorship****

What you’ll do

· Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to deliver customer-facing product features end-to-end.

· Advise product and design on technical feasibility and implement UI/UX designs into a Typescript/React application.

· Lead and advise product and engineering on software design and facilitate rapid development throughout the software engineering lifecycle, from planning, through execution, to delivery.

· Design, Develop, Test, Document APIs with Python/Golang/Rust for support services that directly interact with the UI.

· Foster an agile dev/ops culture that automates quality checks and is continuously delivering incremental improvements rapidly.

· Develop quality assurance tests in storybook and playwright to ensure features that are being continuously delivered are meeting a high quality standard.

· Interact with customers, challenge the product UX based on customer feedback, and iterate on updates to foster high customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for

· You are collaborative with a go-getter mindset, and self directing behaviors for the benefit of the team, the customer, and the company culture.

· You are strong at rapidly developing new features in React/TypeScript-based web applications and understand how to implement responsive designs.

· You have high integrity – you seek open and honest communication, and you hold yourself to high moral and ethical standards.

· You are able to effectively manage concurrent technical tasks with competing priorities independently, approach difficult problems with enthusiasm and creativity, effective team communicator, and the ability to change focus when necessary.

· You have a strong customer oriented mindset, a drive to focus on what a customer truly wants, and are passionate about creating products that have positive impact of connecting science & technology with everyday life.

· You have experience with AWS technologies such as Lambdas, Gateways, and Databases.

· You have experience with creating robust backend features with Golang, Python, or Rust.

· You have 5+ years experience in the field of developing production web applications.

· You are flexible on travel and location, with ability to travel within the US one to two weeks a quarter.

· BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related degree or web development experience + portfolio.
