As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile mindset. Engaging in continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies will be key components of your role, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of industry advancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME in .NET full stack development..
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET / .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET Core Web API development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, AWS Application Integration.
- Hands-on experience with full-stack development, including front-end integration, API design, and database development.
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, CloudFormation, SNS/SQS).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices — using tools such as Git, AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of exposure to AWS or any cloud-based deployment environment.
-Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best coding practices.
- Experience with database management systems and data modeling.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git branching/merging workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
