We are looking for Senior Full Stack Engineers with extensive Python and React who are excited about the prospect of working with new technologies to develop innovative solutions to solve real-world problems. As an engineer on the Spocket team, you will help solve exciting challenges while developing our growing platform.

You're excited about the role because you will...

• Work with a highly skilled team of engineers to turn business requirements into technical requirements with clear technical specifications.

• Own and drive the product and engineering roadmap from planning through execution.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team, ensuring accountability, productivity, and high performance.

• Act as the primary liaison between the CEO/Founder, Product Designer, and Engineering team.

• Translate business goals into clear product and engineering priorities.

• Oversee project timelines, sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.

• Collaborate with the development, design, and growth team to come up with innovative and scalable solutions for Spocket.

• Help develop and maintain key features of the existing platform.

• Help uncover new and innovative ways to enhance customer experience and platform useability.

• Maintain, manage, and scale our current stack on an ongoing basis.

• Have ownership and responsibility for the code and the product.

• You have at least 8 years of full-stack development experience.

• You have used the following stack for more than 6-8 years: React, Ruby or Python, TypeScript (optional), and AWS (optional).

• You love to iterate quickly and ship code regularly.

• You develop a customer-first mentality and love to provide users with the best experience possible.

• You’re never satisfied with the status quo because you have relentlessly high standards.

• You are self-motivated and passionate about building relationships and growing a business.
