Full Stack Engineer (Node + React)

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full stack applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through best practices and standards.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Mentor junior developers and support team growth through knowledge sharing.

• Frontend: React.js, Redux, Hooks, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs
• Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• DevOps & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP (preferred)
• Testing: Jest, Mocha, Cypress
• Others: TypeScript, GraphQL, WebSockets (nice to have)

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Proven track record of building and deploying enterprise-grade web applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-native development.

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Write clean, modular, and scalable code with proper documentation.
• Build and integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications in full stack development or cloud technologies are a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and technologies.
• Passion for continuous learning and innovation.
