💡 What You’ll Do
- Build and improve full-stack applications (frontend + backend)
- Work on real business-critical systems (POS, inventory, internal tools)
- Design APIs and integrate across multiple systems
- Collaborate closely with Product, Ops, and QA
- Debug and solve real production issues (not just dev environment)
- Contribute ideas — not just execute tasks
- Backend: Node.js, Java / Kotlin (big plus if you have this)
- Frontend: React.js
- Database: PostgreSQL, MariaDB
- Others: REST API, Docker
- ~4+ years experience in software development
- Strong in Node.js + React.js
- Understand how systems work end-to-end (not just your part)
- Comfortable working independently without being micromanaged
- Able to think critically and challenge ideas when needed
- Willing to take ownership and responsibility
- Experience with:
- Retail systems
- POS or Warehouse Management Systems
- ERP (especially ERPNext)
- Familiar with TypeScript
- Experience writing unit tests / end-to-end tests
- Exposure to AI tools to improve productivity

- Hybrid working: 3 days WFO, 2 days WFH
