About The Role
The Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and deploy scalable, high-quality features that power our hiring intelligence platform. This role requires strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Redux, Node, and relational databases, with a focus on customer-centric architecture and test-driven development. As a key contributor, you’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive the technical roadmap and deliver impactful solutions that transform the hiring experience.
About You:
- 3+ years experience in Software development
- 2+ years experience in Javascript/Typescript and a Frontend framework, preferably React / Redux
- Advanced knowledge of web development, with a deep understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem
- Experience in Object-Oriented Design and Development and test-driven development
- Experience with relational databases
- Solid understanding of REST communication
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new technologies and systems
- Very strong attention to detail
What Success Looks Like:
- Architect scalable solutions with a customer-centric focus
- Build, test, and deploy high-quality features
- Work with languages, technologies, and platforms such as React, Redux, Node, Javascript/Typescript, Redis, Postgres, AWS Cloud Technologies
- Be a key contributor to the technical roadmap
- Collaborate with engineer and product team to foster strong engineering principles and represent our engineering values
- Utilize product requirements and engage with cross functional teams to deliver rapidly evolving product features in a timely manner
