We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer II to join our Product Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services across both the frontend and backend technology stack.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven engineer who takes ownership from concept to delivery, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and collaborates closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. As a senior contributor, you will also provide technical guidance, mentor other engineers, and help drive engineering best practices across the organization.

- Develops software solutions by studying requirements, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, following the SDLC.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programing techniques, and computing equipment, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
- Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Supports and develops software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
- Bachelors in recognized program for information systems or computer science or equivalent experience required.
- 4 - 6 plus years of development experience
- 3 plus years of experience working in React and Angular
- 3 plus years of working with Node.js is preferred
- 5 plus years working with JavaScript
- 5 plus years working with TypeScript
- 5 plus years working with C# / .NET
- 2 plus years working with either Azure, AWS, or Heroku
- Experience in SQL and/or NoSQL is preferred
- Deep understanding and implementation of object-oriented programming
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack application development
- 5+ years of experience building modern frontend applications using React and/or Angular
- 5+ years of JavaScript development experience
- 5+ years of TypeScript experience
- 5+ years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET technologies
- Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- 5+ years of experience developing backend services with Node.js
- 3+ years of experience deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Heroku
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
- Experience building scalable, high-availability enterprise applications
- Previous experience mentoring engineers or serving as a technical lead on projects
