Full Stack Engineer, Growth

As a Full Stack Engineer on the Growth team, you will be responsible for engineering projects around Augment’s growth and monetization. For this role, we are specifically looking for someone with experience in metered billing to contribute their domain expertise to product discussion and engineering projects.

In this role you will:

• Work closely with systems and frontend engineers to design, build, and iterate on engineering initiatives for user acquisition, retention, and monetization
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design on policies and strategies for engagement and monetization
• Contribute to a data driven culture around growth

You have:

• 5+ years experience as a software engineer, with strong full-stack and/or strong systems programming skills
• Deep understanding of the developer experience and ability to work with key stakeholders including users, designers, AI researchers, and systems engineers
• A systematic, data driven approach to user engagement and product development
• An excitement about and passion for the possibilities of AI coding

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

• Experience working with monetization of AI agents
• Startup experience
• Passion for interacting with end users
• Integration experience with Orb, Metronome, or similar
