Your Mission
Own the end-to-end web stack—architecting elegant C# back-ends and crafting stunning Tailwind-styled Blazor UIs that delight attorneys and enterprise users. You’ll translate complex Gen AI capabilities into intuitive experiences, shipping features that are performant, accessible, and visually compelling.
Key Responsibilities

Build & ship: Develop responsive, device-agnostic interfaces in Blazor (Server & WASM) with Tailwind CSS, backed by clean, testable C#/.NET 8 code.

Integrate AI: Consume Azure OpenAI (or equivalent) REST/SDK endpoints to surface chat, drafting, and knowledge-graph features directly in the UI.

Delight users: Collaborate with UX designers to turn Figma comps into pixel-perfect reality, championing accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and micro-interaction polish.

Optimize & scale: Profile performance, implement lazy loading, caching, and SignalR real-time patterns to keep experiences snappy for thousands of concurrent users.

Code stewardship: Drive peer reviews, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps; mentor junior engineers in modern C# and Blazor best practices.

Continuous improvement: Track emerging Blazor, .NET, and Gen AI trends—prototyping and recommending enhancements that push our product ahead of the market.
What You Bring

4+ years professional C#/.NET developmentExperience with React/Next or other SPA frameworks
Production experience with Blazor (Server or WASM)Familiarity with domain-driven design & clean architecture
Portfolio of Tailwind CSS interfaces (attach links/GitHub)
Hands-on integration with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar Gen AI APIs, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB.
Deep understanding of REST/GraphQL, async patterns, and unit/integration testingWorking in highly-regulated, on-prem or hybrid cloud deployments
Ability to thrive in an agile, distributed team and communicate clearly with designers & stakeholdersSCRUM Master or other agile certification
