The Role

As a Full Stack Developer at Kyndryl, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and operating modern applications within the financial services sector. In this role, you will develop end‑to‑end solutions across frontend and backend layers, supporting digital banking platforms, payment systems, and high‑volume transactional applications.

You will work in high‑availability environments with complex integrations, applying agile development practices, security standards, and scalable architecture. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, your work will directly contribute to delivering reliable, secure, and user‑centric digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze functional and technical requirements to design scalable full‑stack solutions.

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications using modern frameworks and languages.

• Build and integrate APIs and services to support complex system interactions.

• Ensure code quality through clean coding practices, testing, and code reviews.

• Collaborate with UX, QA, architecture, and business teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

• Hands‑on experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

• Backend development experience using Node.js, Java, or .NET.

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Experience working with Git for version control (branching, pull requests, code reviews).

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience working within the financial services or banking sector.

• Familiarity with microservices architectures.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• DevOps mindset with exposure to monitoring and production support.
