Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build, improve, and scale the SmartPropFirm platform.
You’ll work across the stack; frontend, backend, APIs, dashboards, tools, rewards flows, marketplace features, and internal systems.
This role is open to developers at different experience levels. What matters most is ownership, problem-solving ability, clean execution, and willingness to learn fast.
What You’ll DoBuild and improve features across the SmartPropFirm platform
Work on frontend UI, backend logic, APIs, dashboards, and internal tools
Turn product ideas into clean, working features
Debug issues and improve performance, reliability, and user experience
Collaborate with the team on launches, experiments, and improvements
Experience building web applications
Good understanding of frontend and backend development
Ability to write clean, maintainable code
Comfortable learning new tools, frameworks, and systems
Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, or similar stacks
Experience with databases, APIs, payments, referrals, rewards, or marketplace systems
Interest in trading, prop firms, fintech, or SaaS products
Experience shipping real products or side projects
