The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who has spent years building real-world applications and understands what it takes to design, deliver, and support systems that people depend on.

This is not a narrow role.

You will be trusted to own meaningful technical responsibility for designing solutions, building them, improving them, and supporting them in live environments.

You’ll work on modern applications built in cloud-native environments where performance, scalability, and reliability matter.

This role is ideal for engineers who:

• Take pride in what they build
• Have operated in production environments
• Understand the full lifecycle of applications
• Are comfortable being counted on

What You’ll Actually Do

• Build and improve applications used in real business environments

• Work across both front-end and back-end components

• Design and support applications running in AWS-based environments

• Own problems through resolution, not just implementation

• Improve existing systems and help design new ones

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes

• Collaborate with other engineers, leadership, and stakeholders

• Help set the technical standard for quality and execution

What We Expect From Senior Engineers

We are looking for engineers who have developed strong instincts from experience.

This includes people who:

• Have spent 7+ years building and supporting production applications

• Have significant hands-on experience working in AWS environments

• Understand how applications behave beyond local development

• Have worked on systems that required reliability and performance

• Can independently work through complex technical problems

• Have supported or mentored other developers

• Take ownership and accountability seriously

• Built and supported applications that others rely on daily

• Been responsible for deploying and maintaining production systems

• Worked directly in cloud environments beyond basic exposure
