Role Purpose: As a Full Stack Developer, you will join a successful product team building and evolving long‑lived SaaS products. You’ll work across our stack: C#, .NET 8, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS. We ship continuous enhancements, refactor for scale and quality, and use AI‑assisted tooling to write code faster and more securely. This role is ideal for someone who loves crafting polished, highly usable, feature‑rich user interfaces and building reliable, long‑running products rather than short greenfield sprints.
Required Qualification:
Mandatory skills and mindset
BE/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience: 3–5 years building web applications using C# and .NET (recent .NET Core or .NET 8 preferred). Frontend: Strong working knowledge of MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS, with a track record of shipping polished UIs and complex HTML reports. Product focus: Comfortable working in a SaaS product environment with ongoing feature work and refactoring. Quality practices: Familiar with unit and integration testing, source control, and code review workflows. Mindset: Enjoys long‑term product ownership and incremental improvement rather than short greenfield projects. AI adoption: Willingness to embrace AI technology to improve your craft and deliver better, faster, more secure results.

6 years+ software development experience 3+ years into full stack (C# / SQL / ASP.NET MVC / JQuery / html) 3 years+ developing products in agile environment

Deliverables and Tasks:
Implement new modules — design, develop, test, and ship new functionality that integrates cleanly with our product suite. Maintain the existing code base — diagnose and fix defects, apply targeted refactors, and improve reliability and performance. Review requirements — evaluate specifications, provide constructive feedback, and surface edge cases or technical risks early. Coach and share expertise — mentor junior engineers, run knowledge sessions, and help the team build the highest quality product. Improve processes — identify inefficiencies in workflows and tooling, propose practical improvements, and drive changes with stakeholders to completion. User first interfaces: translate UX designs into responsive, performant interfaces that support real customer workflows. Complex HTML reports: design and deliver sophisticated, data‑dense HTML reports and printable views that are performant, well formatted, and easy to consume.
