About the role
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with at least 3 years of commercial development experience to join our growing team. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications, collaborating closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across the stack and enjoys building reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using React.js
- Develop and maintain back-end services using Python, C#, or Java
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial software development experience
- Strong experience with React.js for front-end development
- Solid back-end experience with Python, C#, or Java
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and client-server architecture
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
Nice to Have
- Experience with WPF and desktop application development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Understanding of containerization (Docker) and microservices architecture
