What will you be doing in this role?
- Develop frontend and backend web applications.
- Support the analysis and definition of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly applications.
- Design and implement APIs.
- Maintain code integrity, structure, and organization.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both frontend and backend components.
- Analyse and implement cross-platform optimization.
- Ensure the implementation of security and data protection best practices.
- Compile and analyse data, processes, and code to troubleshoot issues and identify areas for improvement within the unit’s applications.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Master's degree in IT with minimum 9 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree and minimum of 13 years relevant experience) with minimum 5 years of experience in Software Development.
- At least 5 years of hands-on expertise in front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries (Angular, Bootstrap).
- Excellent proficiency in TypeScript, and state management tools.
- Strong experience with Java EE 8+, Spring 4+/Spring Boot 2+, Maven 2+, Hibernate 5+, SQL/PLSQL, NoSQL concepts, MongoDB, REST, OpenID, OpenAPI, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with development and deployment pipelines (Bamboo, Jenkins).
- Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.
- Experience with database technologies including Oracle and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Working knowledge of JIRA is considered an asset.
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is a plus.
- Understanding of DevOps processes is considered an asset.
- Excellent English language skills(C-level, written and spoken).
