Here's what you'll be doing:

We are looking for a technically experienced and execution-focused Full Stack Developer to join the team building a next-generation platform that powers strategic, creative, and compliant enterprise workflows.

You will design and develop secure, scalable, and performant web applications and APIs. You have hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services, infrastructure-as-code (CDK), modern frontend frameworks (React, Svelte, Tailwind, etc.), backend development (Node.js, Bun, TypeScript, etc.), and data services (Postgres, GraphQL, REST APIs, etc.).

You will collaborate closely with user experience and creative teams to deliver applications that are not only robust and secure, but also intuitive, accessible, and visually cohesive. In addition, you'll work with engineering, AI, operations, and compliance experts to ensure production-ready applications meet the highest standards of usability, reliability, and auditability.

You will:

· Design and implement responsive, accessible, and performant full-stack applications.

· Build intuitive and visually cohesive UI components in partnership with UX and creative design teams.

· Develop APIs and endpoints to support internal and client-facing applications.

· Integrate with AWS-native services and external APIs to orchestrate workflows, datasets, and AI-driven services.

· Use AWS CDK to define and manage infrastructure as code across environments.

· Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment.

· Ensure solutions are optimized for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency in AWS.

· Design data schemas and optimize query performance.

· Implement secure, compliant data access layers in consideration of enterprise standards.

· Build integrations with internal datasets, external services, and orchestration frameworks.

· Partner with UX and creative teams to deliver applications that provide excellent user experiences.

· Ensure applications meet WCAG accessibility standards and follow ARIA best practices.

· Work with product managers, AI engineers, and compliance teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.

· Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices across the engineering team.

You have:

· 5+ years of full-stack development experience in enterprise or SaaS environments.

· Track record delivering production applications in AWS cloud-native ecosystems.

· Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks, such as React, Svelte, Tailwind, etc.

· Expertise in building and consuming REST APIs and GraphQL services.

· Hands-on experience with AWS CDK, Lambda, Amplify, Fargate/EKS, Cognito, CloudFront, and related services.

· Proficiency with Postgres (schema design, performance tuning, migrations).

· Familiarity with security, compliance, and auditability practices in cloud-native systems.

· Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Comfortable working in teams, including product, UX, creative, and compliance.

· Experience ensuring that code meets all functionality and acceptance criteria, with a focus on reliability, security, and user experience.
