You’ll contribute to initiatives in:

  • Decentralized clinical services and virtual site enablement

  • Advanced patient recruitment strategies

  • AI-powered data collection and federated learning

  • Network partnerships and secondary data linkage

Role Overview

As a Software Engineer in DSAE, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining applications that support our RWE technology stack. You’ll work across functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software that powers clinical research innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications from detailed specifications

  • Design, code, test, debug, and document programs for data manipulation and system integration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system errors

  • Contribute to infrastructure improvements and development best practices

  • Guide engineering quality through code reviews, source control, and unit testing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in systems analysis or application programming
  • Strong programming skills with experience in modern languages and frameworks
  • Strong C#, JavaScript and TypeScript skills
  • Strong relational database skills
  • AI experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems
  • Familiarity with healthcare data, EMR systems, or clinical research technologies is a plus
