We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Node.js, TypeScript and AWS Serverless to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in building and maintaining scalable, reliable applications and services, working closely with cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle.
Required skills:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, confident working independently and as part of a team
- Robust backend expertise in TypeScript, Node.js and RESTful APIs
- Hands on experience with AWS Serverless stack
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, ideally CDK or Terraform
- A solid grounding in observability and reliability practices, including logging, metrics, tracing and monitoring with CloudWatch, DataDog and PagerDuty
- Ability to ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical discussions
- Product-focused mindset - understanding how technical decisions drive business and customer value
Key responsibilities & duties include:
- Design, build and operate services using serverless-oriented AWS Stack (TypeScript/Node.js)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Contribute to frontend development in React when required
- Utilise AWS cloud services to architect, deploy, and manage scalable and highly available solutions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance using tools such as DataDog, CloudWatch, PagerDuty
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices
- Work individually in a lean team, taking ownership and accountability for delivery
Nice to have:
- Experience with React and modern frontend development
- Exposure to LLMs or agentic workflows (prompt design, orchestration, evaluation)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
