What’s the opportunity?

Our configurable Workflow Management Platform helps clients streamline and automate critical business processes, driving efficiency and cutting costs. We help companies achieve digital transformation, build agile organizations and unlock sustainable improvements.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll work closely with developers, DevOps engineers and business analysts to create, maintain, and optimize our high-performance products, contributing to the development of our product with a sharp focus on quality and timely delivery.

In this role, you’ll actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from project planning to coding, testing and troubleshooting. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, a team player, and has a keen eye for clean, reusable code.

What will your key contribution be?

• Estimate tasks and participate in daily stand-ups.
• Participate in project planning sessions, working closely with business analysts, development and QA team members to analyse requirements and provide design recommendations for complex systems
• Troubleshoot and debug the application, and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and test solutions using Angular and .NET, based on customer requirements.
• Build clean, reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Actively contribute to the overall application lifecycle.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Full Stack Developer.
• Technical Skills:

- Advance experience with .NET (C#) web APIs

- Proficiency in object-oriented design principles and design patterns

- Experience with Angular2 (preferred) or React

- Hands-on experience with relation databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL)

- Experience with version control software – Git

- Proven experience in developing Web services

Nice-to-have-skills:

• Critical thinking with the ability to approach problems methodically and creatively.
• Strong communication skills, ability to present technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
• Independence and proactive attitude, with proven skills in researching, analyzing, and presenting well-founded solutions.

Bonus points for:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Event bus and ElasticSearch knowledge will be considered a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
