 What’s the opportunity?

Our configurable Workflow Management Platform helps clients streamline and automate critical business processes, driving efficiency and cutting costs. We help companies achieve digital transformation, build agile organizations and unlock sustainable improvements.

You’ll work closely with developers, DevOps engineers and business analysts to create, maintain, and optimize our high-performance products, contributing to the development of our product with a sharp focus on quality and timely delivery.

In this role, you’ll actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from project planning to coding, testing and troubleshooting. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, a team player, and has a keen eye for clean, reusable code.

Your main tasks will include:

• Development and testing of solutions using Angular and .NET, based on customer requirements.
• Building of clean, reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Estimation of tasks and participation in daily stand-ups.
• Collaboration with business analysts, developers, and QA teams for the analysis of requirements and provision of design recommendations for complex systems.
• Troubleshooting, debugging and improvement of applications.
• Active contribution to the overall application lifecycle.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Full Stack Developer.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET (C#), Angular 2 (or React), and relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of Web Services: Hands-on experience with Web services development.
• Version Control: Basic knowledge of Git.
• Problem-solving mindset: Critical thinking
• Communication: Strong communication skills, ability to present technical ideas in business-friendly language
  

Bonus points for:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
