Expectations & Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of end-to-end feature development across front-end and back-end
- Deep involvement in UI build-out with Angular as a primary front-end tool
- Expected to be hands-on and proactive — not just executing, but also challenging designs and suggesting improvements
- Work in an Agile environment with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset
- Exhibit leadership qualities and strong understanding of why and how decisions are made
- Ability to think beyond code — aligning development with business goals and user experience
Technical Skills Required:
- .NET 6 or later (currently using .NET 8)
- SQL Server – strong backend/data layer understanding
- Web API – RESTful service development
- Authentication mechanisms – OAuth, JWT, etc.
- Angular 16 or higher (currently on Angular 18)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfortable taking ownership of features/modules
- Able to challenge requirements constructively and contribute to architectural discussions
- Strong collaboration skills across Product, Design, and Engineering teams
