We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer to support both development and operations in a dynamic technical environment. This role combines hands-on coding responsibilities with 2nd and 3rd line support activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong development background, broad technical understanding, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in both front-end and back-end systems.
The position requires active coding, including bug fixing and enhancements, as well as the capability to analyze logs, investigate escalated issues, and suggest improvements based on monitoring and user feedback.
What will you be doing in this role:
- Develop and maintain front-end architecture and user-facing features using modern frameworks.
- Implement core business logic and back-end services.
- Create and manage servers and databases, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Design and develop responsive and cross-platform applications.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for integration across systems.
- Write clean, functional, and well-documented code on both the front and back end.
- Troubleshoot and resolve 2nd/3rd line support issues, including log analysis and bug fixes.
- Monitor application performance and system logs to detect and resolve bottlenecks or errors.
- Ensure application security and data protection standards are met.
- Maintain code integrity, organization, and version control across the development lifecycle.
- Participate in the design and creation of scalable, maintainable software.
- Lead small development efforts or feature implementations as needed.
- Compile and analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet technical and user requirements.
- Contribute to the production of technical documentation.
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 11 years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development.
- Proficiency with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of front-end frameworks/libraries: Angular, Bootstrap.
- Proficiency in back-end languages and frameworks: Java, PHP, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
- Experience with databases: Oracle (essential), MongoDB (a plus).
- Understanding of version control systems: Git or SVN.
- Experience in supporting production environments, including analysis of escalated issues (2nd/3rd line).
- Ability to monitor and analyze logs, identify root causes, and resolve incidents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Broad technical understanding across the full software stack with a development-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams.
- A good level of English is required (French would be a plus)
