Full Stack Developer

Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support United States Space Force (USSF) by developing software in support of Space Systems Command (SSC) Cyber Operations Branch rapid agile development of defensive cyber solutions to protect, defend, and respond to both ground and space based cyber adversarial threats. A successful candidate should be a leader and problem solver with a proven ability to deliver superior results as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced environment. This position requires onsite support at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO. This team will be based out of Colorado Springs, CO. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff
• Working on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently
• Ensuring consistent submission of high-quality products to the Government
• Communicating clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy—oral and written

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, software development or STEM related specialty plus 3 years’ experience in full stack development
• 3+ years of relevant experience performing engineering activities in the Government (military and/or civil servant), federally funded research and development center, or profit or non-profit Government support, or development contractor arena
• Must have SAFe for Teams certification
• AWS certifications (Associate Developer, & AWS Specialty Security within a year of start date) or be able to demonstrate AWS competence using the CLI and Boto.
• Experience in the following Programming languages: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, & Angular
• Familiarity and knowledge of: Apache Spark, Kubernetes, Kafka, SIMP Project, Ansible, Docker, GIT, Linux, Suricata, Zeek, Kibana, Logstash, Elastic Search, Neo4J, PostgreSQL, Terraform, Artifactory, GitLab
• Experience or knowledge in the following areas: network engineering, AWS Cloud, agile software development, agile methodologies, agile project management, software project management, defensive cyber military operations, software development life cycle management, program/project management, systems engineering, strategic planning, cross-functional team
• US Citizen and with an Top Secret security clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience in Space Systems Command

This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO. 
The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $115,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skillset.
