Our financial-services work includes secure platforms and technology delivery supporting banking, payments, digital channels, integration, data, and financial operations. ## Job Title Full Stack Developer ## Location Cairo, Egypt (hybrid/work-from-office supported; international collaboration as needed) ## Years of Experience 4–9 years ## Job Description As a Full Stack Developer at ITGOALS, you will design, build, enhance, and support secure enterprise web applications and backend services that power digital workflows, APIs, validations, dashboards, and operational status tracking within regulated financial-services environments. You will work across UI, API, and data layers to deliver production-grade software in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability. ## Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain responsive, maintainable front-end components using Angular and modern web-development practices. * Build backend services, business logic, and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot, with clear separation of concerns and production-grade error handling. * Implement business validations, transaction or request status tracking, operational dashboards, and service orchestration required by enterprise workflows. * Work with SQL Server for application persistence, data retrieval, query optimization, stored logic where applicable, and troubleshooting of data-related issues. * Integrate application components with workflow engines, API layers, enterprise services, and downstream systems while maintaining reliable request/response handling. * Apply secure-coding practices, input validation, authentication/authorization requirements, logging, and defensive development appropriate for regulated environments. * Participate in code reviews, unit and integration testing, defect resolution, release readiness, and production verification activities. * Use Git and Azure DevOps for source control, pull requests, work-item tracking, CI/CD collaboration, and controlled release activities. * Work closely with QA, integration, architecture, DevOps, and business-analysis teams to translate requirements into stable technical solutions. * Support root-cause analysis and troubleshooting across UI, application, integration, API, and database layers. ## Required Experience * Hands-on delivery experience across both modern front-end development and Java backend engineering. * Experience building enterprise applications, REST APIs, and database-backed services in production environments. * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple application layers and work effectively within structured delivery teams. * Experience working with source control, code review, defect management, and release processes. ## Required Skills * Angular * Java and Spring Boot * SQL Server * REST APIs and JSON * Git / Azure DevOps * Secure coding and application security awareness * Debugging, performance troubleshooting, and production support * Clear technical communication and team collaboration ## Banking / Fintech & Nice to Have * Banking, fintech, payments, digital banking, or other regulated financial-services application experience is a strong advantage. * Workflow / BPM integration, particularly Camunda or similar engines. * Microservices, API management, containerized deployment, or OpenShift exposure. * CI/CD automation, monitoring, and production support experience. ## What Success Looks Like * Writes clean, supportable code and understands the operational impact of application changes. * Can move comfortably between UI, backend, API, and data conversations. * Works with discipline in environments where auditability, security, and production stability are important. * Delivers reliable, scalable solutions that meet business needs and compliance requirements. * Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement through thorough testing, documentation, and healthy design decisions. ## ITGOALS Offers * Enterprise-scale assignments where engineering quality, security, resilience, and delivery discipline matter. * Structured ITGoals recruitment, onboarding, delivery governance, and clear professional ownership throughout the engagement. * Collaboration with experienced engineers, architects, QA professionals, delivery leaders, and business stakeholders. * Exposure to complex digital-transformation environments and the opportunity to deepen banking, fintech, payments, and regulated-enterprise experience. * Opportunities to contribute to long-term enterprise delivery programs based on performance, business demand, and role fit. ## Application Instructions Share an updated CV with the ITGoals recruitment team, highlighting the experience most relevant to this role, particularly enterprise delivery, banking / fintech exposure where applicable, and the technologies listed above.
