We’re looking for a skilled developer to help build and expand VCC (Video Creation Cloud) at XTM - a platform that combines automation, media processing, and large-scale video rendering. Our environment brings together .NET, AWS, Blazor, and a custom high-performance C++ render engine.
Requirements
- 4+ years of C# enterprise development
- Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core
- Experience building AWS-hosted backend services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, Step Functions, API Gateway, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Blazor frontend development
- Solid understanding of clean architecture, separation of concerns, and scalable system design
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, async programming, and distributed workflow design
- Ability to integrate with native code or high-performance components (C++ render engine)
- Comfortable working with:
- GitHub (repos, workflows, branching strategies)
- GitHub Actions (CI/CD)
- Jira for planning and tracking
- Strong focus on code quality, testing, and maintainability
- Experience with media-processing pipelines
- Familiarity with C++ or high-performance rendering concepts
- Understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures
- Experience building tools or automation for content creation workflows
- Scaling and improving backend services on AWS
- Building and maintaining Blazor-based UI components for the Video Creation Cloud
- Integrating with our proprietary C++ render engine
- Designing and optimizing distributed workflows for automated video generation
- Implementing new features end-to-end—from backend logic all the way to user-facing components
- Participating in architectural decisions and platform evolution
- Work on a platform that blends cloud engineering, media automation, and high-performance rendering
- Modern stack: .NET, AWS, Blazor, C++, GitHub Actions, Jira
- Real impact on a fast-growing product
