We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our office in Uruguay.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of development experience, a strong passion for technology, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to drive and maintain FrontStory’s success.
- Develop and deliver high-quality applications on time, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Continuously learn, share new ideas, and stay updated on emerging technical concepts while collaborating closely with team members.
- Actively contribute to architectural and design discussions.
- Demonstrated expertise in both client-side and server-side development.
- 5+ years of experience with Python, Elasticsearch, Node.js, and Java.
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven experience in designing and executing system architecture.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL or equivalent databases.
- Experience with AWS (a plus).
- Strong team player and self-driven learner (Autodidact).
- Experience with distributed systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Big Data technologies.
