Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Node + React) with strong practical experience in Node.js and React.js. The role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and supporting full-stack applications, scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and responsive user interfaces.The position contributes to Synechron’s technology objectives by delivering maintainable, reliable, and well-tested software while using AI code generation tools responsibly to improve development efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to engineering standards, and support timely resolution of application and production issues.

Software Requirements

Required

• Node.js: 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with strong proficiency in Express, NestJS, or a similar framework.

• React.js: Strong proficiency with React Hooks, state management, component architecture, responsive design, and performant user interface development.

• TypeScript: Practical experience developing maintainable frontend and backend applications.

• JavaScript: Working knowledge for full-stack application development.

• AI code generation tools: Hands-on experience using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar solutions.

• Prompt engineering: Understanding of prompt engineering techniques for coding tasks.

• SQL databases: Proficiency with PostgreSQL or comparable SQL technologies.

• NoSQL databases: Proficiency with MongoDB or comparable NoSQL technologies.

• Redis: Experience using Redis for caching, session management, data access, or related application requirements.

Overall Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and support full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and related technologies.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Node.js services, RESTful APIs, microservices, React.js interfaces, TypeScript components, and database integrations.

• Participate in requirements discussions, planning sessions, technical design reviews, code reviews, delivery coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Deliver tested application features, API changes, reusable components, CI/CD updates, technical documentation, defect fixes, and production support outcomes.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience may also be considered.

• At least 3 years of full-stack development experience with demonstrated delivery using Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and SQL or NoSQL databases.

• Relevant training in Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, databases, RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD, software testing, or AI-assisted development is preferred.

• Certifications in cloud, software development, databases, DevOps, or related technologies are preferred but are not mandatory unless required for a specific assignment.

• Maintain continuous professional development in full-stack engineering, AI code generation, prompt engineering, application security, testing, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.
