Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to lead the development of scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. This role combines robust backend development using .NET Core and Node.js with advanced front-end implementation in ReactJS and Next.js. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to design, develop, and deliver high-performance, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with organizational and client requirements. This position will support digital transformation initiatives and ensure high-quality deployment practices.
Software Requirements
Required:
Strong experience with .NET Core (version 3.1 or higher) for backend development.
Hands-on expertise with Node.js for building scalable server-side components.
Proven skills in ReactJS and Next.js for creating dynamic, user-friendly UI/UX interfaces.
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs within microservices architecture.
Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 for frontend development.
Familiarity with Git for version control, Jenkins or TeamCity for CI/CD pipelines, and containerization with Docker.
Cloud deployment experience on AWS, including services like Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, and RDS.
Preferred:
Experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms.
Exposure to Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.
Knowledge of serverless architectures and cloud-native design principles.

Overall Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services and APIs using .NET Core and Node.js.
Build and enhance front-end interfaces with ReactJS, Next.js, HTML5, and CSS3 that offer responsive and optimized user experiences.
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and DevOps teams to translate requirements into efficient solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforce coding standards to ensure security, performance, and maintainability.
