Founding Full-Stack Developer (Contract-to-Hire)
📍 Austin, TX | On-Site Only | $10,000 Flat Contract | NDA Required
We're looking for a full-stack developer to bring a fully designed web platform to life. This is a flat-fee contract role ($10,000) with milestone-based payouts, building a clean MVP from completed Figma designs. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time technical lead or CTO role if there's a strong fit.
We’re looking for someone who sees this as more than just a one-off project — the ideal candidate is excited about the vision and open to continuing on after the MVP is built.
What You'll Build:

MVP using complete, responsive Figma designs (web-first)

User authentication for 4 distinct user types

Custom user dashboards and profile editing

Internal messaging system between users

Admin and moderation tools

Matching logic and backend structure (Firebase or similar)
Who You Are:

Based in or near Austin, TX — available to meet in person twice a week

Experienced with full-stack development, especially React + Firebase (or similar tools)

Comfortable working independently with a non-technical founder

Able to complete MVP in 4–6 weeks

Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before accessing designs or project details

Understands privacy-compliant development, secure data handling, and user permissions

Interested in continuing beyond the contract if it’s a strong match
