About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full‑Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and strong hands-on exposure to AWS cloud services. In this role, you will design and develop scalable microservices, implement cloud-native solutions, integrate front-end components, and ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Design and build cloud-native applications using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM).
- Work across the stack, integrating backend services with front-end (React/Angular) applications.
- Implement authentication/authorization using OAuth2, JWT, OIDC.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using JUnit, Mockito, and automation frameworks.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and observability using CloudWatch, ELK/OpenSearch, Prometheus/Grafana.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and preventive improvements.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend/full‑stack development.
- Strong programming skills in Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, REST API development, and Microservices architecture.
- Practical experience with AWS cloud—minimum 3–4 of the following:
- Lambda, ECS/EKS, EC2
- API Gateway, S3
- RDS/DynamoDB
- CloudWatch, IAM
- Good understanding of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/DynamoDB).
- Experience with front-end technologies (React or Angular) is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
- Knowledge of design patterns, distributed systems, caching, and integration patterns.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
