We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Designer to own Bounce's visual identity and bring our brand to life across all marketing and product channels. You'll create compelling visuals for campaigns, digital content, and communications while occasionally supporting the Product team.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a creative who's equally comfortable working fast and working well.

How You’ll Spend Your Time- Own the visual execution of Bounce's visual domain - digital campaigns, social media, email, landing pages, presentations, brand collateral, and user experience.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to produce assets that drive engagement and conversion
- Support the Product team with UI assets, illustrations, and design for user-facing features and communications
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver polished work on tight timelines
- 3 - 6 years of work experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and marketing materials (UI/UX work - a plus)
- Figma - proficiency required
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) - Must
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to multi-task, organize, give and receive design feedback, and prioritize work
- B.Des or equivalent academic degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field
