The Role
TeamDynamix is searching for a mid-senior level full-stack Software Engineer (Remote) to join our Work Management Team and contribute to the rapid development of our Sassafras product. The Workforce Management Team works hard to ensure TeamDynamix achieves its goal of providing award-winning technology that is easy to use, own, and operate.

This role is open to Remote-US candidates. While we have an office in Columbus, Ohio, we remain 100% remote first as a company.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable solutions from front to back within a large pre-existing codebase.
- Debug production issues across multiple levels of the stack.
- Find and address performance issues throughout the application.
- Perform thorough code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Work with engineering and product managers to understand roadmap priorities.
- 4-year degree in STEM, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of related experience
- Experience with C, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Relational Databases and Network Protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively and iteratively
- Strong ability to solve complex problems without a detailed roadmap using a logical, analytical, and creative approach

- The wage range for this role contemplates the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including (but not limited to) skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TeamDynamix, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000 to $150,000 annually. A member of our People Operations team can discuss compensation with you further should you be asked to complete a phone interview.
