We focus on developing high-touch products that help people around the world meet and communicate online. We also work on services for marketing, analytics, and moderation.

We are currently looking for a Full-Cycle Sales Executive | Account Executive (Senior) to join Soportio, a B2B startup.

Soportio is a global customer support provider delivering multilingual, omnichannel support for businesses worldwide. We offer premium, human-led services — including general support, technical support, billing, retention, and sales — as well as AI-powered solutions designed to handle high volumes while maintaining quality.

We have strong experience supporting mobile apps and web-based products using web-to-web and web-to-app acquisition models, with deep expertise in billing and subscription-related inquiries within this space.

Your Impact:

Your area of impact is to drive sustainable revenue and company growth by building trust with clients, deeply understanding their needs, and turning the product’s value into long-term partnerships. You connect the company’s business goals with real market demands, influence product development, shape the quality of the customer base, and set the pace for commercial success both within and beyond the company.

Expected Results in 6–12 Months:

  • Close deals and drive results

Run discovery and closing calls with inbound leads, negotiate terms, handle objections, and confidently close B2B deals across the EU & US markets. Deeply understand client needs, recommend relevant solutions, and build trust and long-term partnerships through consultative selling and strong follow-up.

  • Evaluate outbound lead generation effectiveness

Understand the full B2B sales cycle and the connection between inbound and outbound leads. Assess performance and provide structured feedback to external lead generation partners on the effectiveness of their work.

  • Build and scale the sales process

Integrate CRM and pipeline management as a structured, repeatable system, scale this process across the sales team, and establish clear B2B sales standards.


Your Future Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, set up, and run discovery and closing video calls with decision-makers

  • Clarify client needs, present and pitch our services, negotiate pricing and terms, handle objections, and close deals

  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to finalize contracts for closed deals

  • Manage existing clients: follow up, upsell, and renew contracts

  • Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline; implement and manage CRM when necessary

  • Coordinate outsourced lead generation agencies; evaluate their efficiency and effectiveness

  • Revalidate ICPs and decision-makers when necessary

  • Suggest and contribute ideas for marketing and lead generation improvements

What Matters Most in This Role:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a startup mentality

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in support outsourcing, CX, AI-driven products, SaaS, or other tech & IT-related industries.

  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully closed deals, which you are ready to share.

  • A structured, systems-oriented approach to building processes, with the ability to see the bigger picture of sales operations and the business as a whole.

  • Enthusiasm, drive, and ambition to potentially lead the sales function in the future.

  • English proficiency: C1

  • Prospecting & Outreach: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Reply, Smartlead

  • Data & Enrichment: ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clearbit

  • Automation: PhantomBuster, TexAu, Clay

  • Productivity & AI: ChatGPT, Grammarly, Google Workspace
