About the role

We’re on the lookout for an Operations Support Manager to join our team at the Laverton Fulfilment Centre!

In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll step in to lead the team when our Operations Managers or Coordinators are unavailable, keeping things running smoothly and supporting the day-to-day operation of the site. Who we’re looking for

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in working in warehouse, trade or fulfilment environments and understand the importance of safety, urgency, and service. You will be friendly, informal and hold a consultative style when working with both internal and external stakeholders.

You'll need

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally within fulfilment or distribution

  • Experience in coaching and developing others

  • The ability to support and drive change

  • Understanding of safety processes and legislation

You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.

Be sure to let us know if you require an adjustment and we can provide the most appropriate support for you. If you have the experience, skills and a passion to grow but don't necessarily nail every single point in the job description, please still apply. Contact us at [email protected] and a member of the team will be in touch.
