About the team
The Operations team is responsible for the execution and success of our D2C member experience and B2B supply chain. This team covers all backend operations from order to results delivery for our food products and home testing kits; and retail product supply chain. This includes inventory & fulfilment, vendor management & performance, and testing data analysis. We bridge the gap between member expectations and lived experience. About the role
As our Fulfillment Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our US operations, driving smooth and efficient delivery processes. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is excited to help shape and enhance our fulfillment and logistics operations. In addition to managing day-to-day logistics, you’ll lead process improvements and strengthen relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring every customer experience is positive, timely, and memorable.

- Lead and mentor a team of Fulfillment Associates, providing guidance, setting goals, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment that encourages growth and high performance.
- Plan and manage staffing levels, including being responsible for recruiting, onboarding and offboarding of temporary associates
- Manage the entire fulfillment process, from order processing to on-time delivery, ensuring products are accurately and swiftly dispatched, with hands-on involvement as needed.
- Oversee inventory across all warehouses, collaborating with supply chain teams to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Manage stock rotation and expiration date control
- Build and maintain positive partnerships with third-party logistics providers and vendors, ensuring accountability, service quality, and mutual success.
- Actively work with Customer Support to address fulfillment issues and enhance our customers' experience, guided by feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency, lower costs, and create sustainable fulfillment practices.
- Use metrics to analyze fulfillment performance, guide forecasting, and make decisions that support team success and operational growth.
- Ensure all fulfillment processes meet health, safety, and regulatory standards across markets.
- Support the wider Ops team with ad hoc tasks related to the wider supply chain and results pipeline

- 4+ years in a fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain role, ideally in e-commerce, food, or health-related industries.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a small team, with a focus on fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.
- Have experience working with temporary staffing agencies and managing temporary associates
- Willingness to actively participate in daily operations alongside your team, with a mindset focused on team success.
- Strong data analysis skills to support inventory and staff planning, and the optimisation of operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments, especially with vendors and 3PL providers.
- Adaptable and ready to find creative solutions to keep things running smoothly.
- A commitment to quality in every step of the fulfillment process.
- Experience with ERP or supply chain software.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in fulfillment or food industries.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced or start-up environment.

- Talent Acquisition Screen (30 minutes): This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your background, motivations, and interest in the Fulfilment Manager role. - Hiring Manager Screen (45 minutes): In this interview, we’ll focus on your professional background, key accomplishments, and how your experience applies to the responsibilities of the Fulfilment Manager role. You will also have the chance to discuss your leadership style, approach to decision-making, and how you manage and motivate teams to achieve operational goals.
- Async Communication Exercise: In this stage, you will be asked to complete an asynchronous communication exercise. You’ll receive a scenario or situation related to the role and will need to craft a clear, concise, and professional response. This exercise will help us assess your communication skills, ability to organise information, and how effectively you convey key messages, especially in a remote or fast-paced environment.
- Skills-Based Interview (60 minutes): This interview will focus on assessing your technical and operational skills related to the Fulfilment Manager role. You’ll be asked to work through real-world scenarios that evaluate your ability to manage logistics, optimise processes, and oversee team performance. We’ll also explore your proficiency with key tools and systems relevant to the role.
- Behavioural Interview (45 minutes): This final interview will follow a behavioural approach to understand how you’ve demonstrated essential competencies in previous roles. We’ll discuss how you’ve aligned with our company values, culture, and mission, as well as how you’ve handled challenges, led teams, and worked collaboratively to drive success.
