As our Fulfillment Excellence Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of technology and operational workflows in the Fulfillment Excellence domain. Operating within our broader Customer Care & Ops Team, you'll lead projects aimed at streamlining operations, leveraging automation, and enhancing tooling to elevate our customer and external partner experience. Your responsibilities will encompass leading impactful cross-functional collaboration through kickoff meetings and stakeholder check-ins.  You’ll support identifying impactful opportunities and building business cases for prioritization.  As a subject matter expert on deployment of Fulfillment Excellence tools,  you’ll advise other departments when questions arise and champion operational excellence.  If you're passionate about solving process challenges and leading projects that create transformative change come join us as we build best in class, business grade fulfillment excellence we invite you to join us in reshaping the future of Fulfillment Excellence.

What You'll Do: 

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support projects related to our Fulfillment Excellence systems and processes.
  • Coordinate meetings, documentation, and reporting for fulfillment excellence initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, partner operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment .
  • Assist with identifying bottlenecks in workflows and propose solutions to address them related to internal/external processes.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to gather and validate Fulfillment Excellence data, ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract meaningful information from large datasets, monitor key metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Serve as an administrator for team-owned tools like Jira, Monday.com, Confluence and Zendesk, overseeing utilization and providing user support.
  • Help teams with special projects, team retrospectives and research tasks as needed.

What You Have

  • 1-2 years of experience in product operations, project management or product support role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com or Zendesk.
  • Basic data analysis skills (experience with tools like excel, google sheets or sigma is a plus).
  • Energized to solve problems in innovative ways. 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • A self motivated, “own it and figure it out” mentality.
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $57,000 - $67,000 per year*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
