Setting up an organization for the deployment of a major FTTH Rollout in Belgium. We are looking for a Rollout Manager to ensure timely progress of the project. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of project management and construction.
Job Description- Leadership and Management: Lead and inspire teams, provide necessary training to project members, and build a strong team.
- Communication and Partnership: Communicate effectively with municipalities, stakeholder, customer and Subco, build a partnership to ensure all activity is conducive to the achievement of project goals on time and ensure successful project delivery.
- Telecom Industry Experience: Leverage your knowledge of telecom infrastructure to oversee complex networks, create achievable approach ensure project progress and quality orderly execution.
- Managing and Coordination Permits, Synergies: Work with Gipod, Geopunt, and Eaglebe to manage infrastructure permits and coordinate with municipalities, contractors, and road managers, bringing together plans from various parties to ensure seamless project execution.
- Standaardbestek 250 (SB250): Ensure compliance with SB250 standards at every stage of the project, maintaining quality and adherence to Belgian regulations.
- Big Data Analysis and Management: Use smart tools to build, maintain, and analyse detailed databases. Develop tools to optimize data processes, ensuring precise decision-making on projects.
- Advanced ArcGIS or QGIS Expertise: Handle and manipulate complex geographical datasets using ArcGIS or QGIS. Consolidate map layers and filters from diverse sources to create a unified visual platform essential for telecom project management.
- Proven experience in wired telecom projects
- Advanced expertise in ArcGIS or QGIS
- Big Data Analysis
- Strong knowledge of Gipod, Geopunt, and Eaglebe
- Familiarity with SB250
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- PMI or PRINCE2 certification is a plus but not a requirement.
- Dutch native speaker with good English, both written and oral.
