  • Coordinate daily nursing operations while providing direct patient care
  • Lead, support, and mentor the nursing team to deliver high-quality care
  • Assess patient conditions and monitor treatment progress
  • Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and nursing standards
  • Ensure care plans, provider directives, and documentation are accurate and complete
  • Respond confidently to medical concerns and emergency situations
  • Maintain compliance with State Scope of Practice, facility policies, and clinical standards
  • Collaborate with providers, correctional staff, and leadership to promote outstanding patient outcomes
