As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you’ll provide compassionate, professional nursing care to patients within the correctional setting. Responsibilities may include:
- Medication administration
- Assessments and nursing treatments
- Sick call and chronic care support
- Monitoring patient conditions
- Communicating changes in condition to providers
- Responding to urgent and emergent medical needs
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborating with the medical and correctional teams
