Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Production and Operation control and coordinate activities in manufacturing to achieving total customer requirement.
- Supervise and manage production operator performance in order to improve working efficiency
- Understands procedure and Production control to support build plan
- Build plan ,Product and operation output (part and products quantity , Scarp and production inventory Control)
- Manage and motivate subordinate to establish the process and improvement products.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree ,Any flied
- 2- 5 years work experience in Production
- Production Supervise level, work experience in the optical and/or electronics manufacturing company is preferable.
- Work experience with operation and production control.
- Able to work both day and night shift.
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Computer program skill (Microsoft office, excel, word basic) and production shopfloor management system.
