Frontend Team Lead

As a Frontend Team Lead, you'll lead a talented team of engineers, oversee the development of cutting-edge frontend technologies and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable products. You'll be responsible for fostering growth within your team and maintaining the highest development standards. In your day-to-day, you will: 

• Write and review clean, maintainable code
• Lead a small team of frontend developers
• Plan team workflows and maintain backlogs
• Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for team members
• Ensure architectural integrity and scalability of systems
• Raise potential risks and proactively address challenges

• 5–10 years of experience in frontend development, with 2+ years of experience as a team lead
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Experience defining clear app structure and design patterns.
• Good communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
• Strong planning and backlog management skills
• Experience with Canvas and WebGL – an advantage
