You’ll join the engineering team as a Frontend Engineer responsible for developing robust, user-focused interfaces for an AI-powered platform supporting fast-scaling companies. About the Project
You’ll work on a modern web application that serves as the primary interface to an AI-powered organizational memory and alignment platform. The product emphasizes clarity, usability, and performance, translating complex AI workflows into intuitive user experiences. This is an early-stage setup where frontend decisions have a direct influence on the product and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, ship, and iterate on frontend features and UI components using React and TypeScript;
Translate UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and maintainable frontend implementations;
Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to refine requirements and user flows;
Take end-to-end ownership of frontend features in a fast-moving startup environment;
Continuously improve frontend performance, reliability, accessibility, and developer experience;
Adapt quickly as product requirements evolve and new challenges emerge.
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering;
Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript;
Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture, component-based design, and state management;
Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and deliver in a high-velocity environment;
Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication in English;
Nice to have: experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
