Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, high-performance, and responsive web solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experience.
- Drive the adoption of modern web standards, SEO principles, and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Lead the development and integration of new front-end tools, frameworks, and components to improve productivity and code quality.
- Provide technical advice and direction to stakeholders on front-end technologies, frameworks, and solutions.
- Ensure adherence to cloud-based architectural design patterns and best practices within the front-end development team.
- Collaborate with squad members to define delivery plans, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with squad commitments.
- Support and mentor software engineers through advice, coaching, and learning opportunities to foster professional growth within the team.
Requirements
Demonstrated hands-on experience in developing web applications from concept to production, showcasing the ability to deliver high-quality solutions.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- At least 3 years of professional experience with Angular, including proficiency in component-based architecture, TypeScript, Micro Frontends and Angular CLI.
- Experience in resolving cross-browser and multi-device issues is a strong plus.
- A creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficient in English with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
