We are a team of curious engineers working on real-time audio and video communications at scale, and we keep things practical: no overengineering, just solid solutions. On your day to day
We’re looking for a sharp, pragmatic Senior Software Engineer who wants to go deep into real-time communications and make a real impact on the core of our product.
- Build and own full-stack features across the live call experience, mainly in Node.js and TypeScript, on both server and client
- Work on the services that power real-time sessions, such as signaling, connectivity and media routing
- Own what you ship in production: monitoring, resilience, alerting, and jumping in when something breaks
- Learn the WebRTC stack and the constraints of real-time media, and use that knowledge to push the product forward
- Use AI tools as a natural part of how you design, build and debug
- Over time, get your hands on native C/C++ code where performance matters
What Will Make You Stand Out?
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with strong full-stack skills (Node.js and TypeScript)
- Proven experience building and running production systems, ideally real-time or high-scale ones. You care about resilience and monitoring and you "live" your system
- Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/UDP, DNS, TLS and certificates, and how your services actually behave at the network level once deployed (for example, how Kubernetes networking works)
- A hands-on, pragmatic engineer, not a theorist
- Experience working in, and thriving in, a remote team
- High ambition, hunger to learn and real passion for real-time audio and video
- Background in networking or network security products, WebRTC, or C/C++ - a big plus!

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with emphasis on modern frontend engineering
- Proven experience leading or implementing microfrontends architecture in production
- Deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks and ecosystems with React.js
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
- Up-to-date knowledge of AI models, tools, and techniques
- Hands-on experience with agentic workflows, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and building/composing AI skills
- Regular use of AI agents as part of daily workflows
- Builder's mindset and experience wiring AI-native tools to solve problems
