ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Frontend Team is one of the teams that makes our product visible and usable for over 40 million monthly active users worldwide. Therefore, we're looking for an experienced Frontend Engineering Manager, who would take care of operational management of the Frontend Team and strategically collaborate with other departments.
Your purpose
Defining and managing the software development process within Sofascore. Scaling and managing teams in the software development department through planning employment needs, creating employee development plans and monitoring their performance in daily work.

What you bring to the team
- 2+ years of experience in the Frontend Engineering Manager position, Frontend Team Lead position or similar
- Your passion is working with people and making sure they are satisfied with their work
- A strong technical background of development experience with Frontend technologies, preferably TypeScript, React, NextJS
- Excellent organisational, multitasking and time management skills
- High quality verbal and written communication skills
- A sense of ownership, urgency, and pride in your work.
- Bonus points for:
- Experience in managing multiple or cross-functional teams
- Experience in mentoring future Engineering Managers or Team Leads
